Eco2 a renewable generation company are planning to build a 40 MegaWatt capacity biomass power plant to generate electricity in the Southeast of England. According to a spokeswoman for the company, "construction of the plant would take two and a half years and the hope is that planning can be gained within six months, although the process is hard to predict and any objections could lengthen the process considerably".
