A recent study report from the Soil Association on Anaerobic Digestion (AD) has said that the value of the energy generated from Anaerobic Digestion (AD) is the most important revenue stream for the viability of the technology. The comparative data regarding energy output makes it clear that the energy value of manure-only systems, and therefore the commercial value, is very limited.
